Justice Undersecretaries Raul T. Vasquez and Jose Cadiz led the Philippine delegation to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) 74th Executive Committee Session to reaffirm commitment to the protection and inclusion of refugees and persons of concern.

The participation of the Philippines reaffirms its commitment that it is one with the international community in building foundations towards a successful Global Refugee Forum in December.
