DOJ discusses the guidelines on the amount of appeal fees
for disqualified proponents under the 2022 revised IRR of the
Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law with the Public-Private Partnership Governing Board (PPPGB)

During their 25th meeting, Justice Undersecretary Raul T. Vasquez, as the Department of Justice (DOJ) representative, discussed with the Public-Private Partnership Governing Board (PPPGB) the guidelines on the amount of appeal fees for disqualified proponents under the 2022 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law.

The revised September 2023 Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF) guidelines were likewise discussed as well as the amendments to the PPPGB Protocols were approved. All of these actions were done to streamline procedures involving Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

The PPP Governing Board is the overall policy-making body for all PPP-related matters, including the PDMF. It is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the PPP Program and creating an enabling policy and institutional environment for PPPs in the Philippines.
