The Department of Justice (DOJ) was awarded another Freedom of Information (FOI) Certificate of Compliance for the Fiscal Year 2021. The certificate signifies that the Department is fully compliant with the enhanced FOI requirements, as validated by the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO), pursuant to Section 5 (b) of Memorandum Circular No. 2021-1, issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring Information and Reporting Systems (Task Force Administrative Order, s. 2011).
