The DOJ Employees’ Association (DOJEA) wishes to express its heartfelt gratitude for the successful and fruitful conclusion of the negotiation and the signing of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) for FYs 2016-2019.

In its meeting with the Management Panel held on 8 December 2016, the DOJEA and Management Panel agreed to collect 10% agency fee from both DOJEA members and non-members, which will form part of DOJEA benefit fund.

The DOJEA, in its gratitude for the overwhelming support and selfless acts of the non-DOJEA members, will provide ALL DOJ OFFICIALS and EMPLOYEES, including PROSECUTORS, Health and Wellness Plan which includes, among others, the following:

1. Hospitalization Benefit in the maximum amount of P50,000.00 per annum

2. Death Benefit in the amount of P100,000
