THAT IS THE GOAL WHICH WE HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH WITH THE OPENING OF OUR DOJ FRONTLINE SERVICES CENTER.
I HAVE TASKED OUR DOJ PERSONNEL ASSIGNED TO MAN THE CENTER TO BE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL TO ANYONE WHO WILL SEEK THE ASSISTANCE OF THE DOJ PARTICULARLY FOR THE LOST,
THE LAST AND THE LEAST OF OUR SOCIETY.

The Department of Justice has started the operation of its DOJ FRONTLINE SERVICES CENTER with a soft opening and trial run on July 4, 2017 Tuesday.
The DOJ Frontline Services Center, located at the DOJ Main office grounds has fifteen (15) transaction windows to allow the public immediate access to the following DOJ Offices:
1. National Prosecution Service Docket;
2. Board of Claims;
3. Witness Protection Program;
4. Internal Affairs Unit;
5. Releasing of Request with DoJ (2 transaction windows and manned by National Prosecution Service);
6. Records;
7. Legal Staff (2 transaction windows);
8. Personnel;
9. Finance;
10. Office of the Secretary Docket;
11. Cashier.
“We hope that with the soft opening of our DOJ Frontline Services Center, our services will be more accessible to the public as we endeavor to serve more of our countrymen. Since it is still in the soft opening stages, it is trial and error. We hope to fine tune our operations in time for the formal blessing and launching of the DOJ Frontline Services Center during our [email protected] Founding Anniversary Celebrations”, Justice Secretary Aguirre said.
