Vietnamese delegates and DOJ Officials

Sharing ideas on the Rule of Law at the Department of Justice. Justice Undersecretaries Ernesto Pineda(sitting,second second from right) and Ramon J. Tran man, Justice of Supreme People's Court, Chief Judge of Appeal Court of Supreme People's Court in Danang at the Executive Lounge of the Department of Justice. The Vietnam delegation is on a study mission to learn from the Philippines experiences and initiatives in judicial reform implementation. The Department of Justice is one of the institutions visited by the delegation.
