INVITATION TO PREQUALIFY/APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

NAME OF PROJECT : RENOVATION TOILETS AT THE GROUND, 2nd AND 3rd FLOORS AND THE CONVERSION OF 2-UNIT TOILETS FOR INVENTORY AND RECORD ROOM AT THE 2nd AND 3rd FLOORS OF DOJ ANNEX BLDG "B"
LOCATION : DOJ COMPOUND, PADRE FAURA STREET, ERMITA, MANILA
The Department of Justice (DOJ) is intending to bid the repair of the above mentioned project in accordance with the scope of work to be undertaken.
Bid forms furnished by the Department of Justice for this project will be opened on the date specified below:
- Class of eligible contractor for the contract - Small
- Approved budget for eligibility - P600,000.00
- Deadline for submission of bidding - August 06, 2004
- Issuance of tender bid documents - August 13, 2004
- Tentative Schedule - August 20, 2004
The scope of work includes among others; furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for the following:
- Demolition/Restoration Works
- Installation of new CHB partitions
- Supply installation of plumbing fixtures
- Rehabilitation of sanitary and water lines
- Supply/installation of doors
- Installation of wall and floor tiles
- Electrical works
- Repainting/painting works
- Repair/replacement of ceiling drops
Additional information may be obtained from the Office of the Chairman, Bids and Awards Committee, Room 208, DOJ, Main Building, Padre Faura, Manila.
All bids to be submitted shall be addressed to the Chairman, Bids and Awards Committee, Department of Justice, Padre Faura, Manila.
The Department of Justice reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the government.
