The Department of Justice Action Center acts on complaints, requests for legal assistance and queries of walk-in clients as well as over the telephone. Any caller can talk to a lawyer or paralegal officer who can render him assistance. On its regionalization, the DOJ Action Center (DOJAC) was established and launched in every region nationwide. Members of the national Prosecution Service and the Public Attorneys Office were tasked to man the regional DOJACs.
