Contractors must submit their company profile showing their legal, technical and financial capability to undertake the abovementioned project:

Bid/Quotation forms and additional information may be obtained from the BAC Secretariat, Office of Director II, Administrative Service, 3nd Floor, DOJ Annex Building Phase II, DOJ Compound, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.

All proposals/quotations to be submitted must be sealed in an envelope and addressed to the Chairman, Bids and Awards Committee, Room 313, 3rd Floor DOJ Main Building, DOJ Compound, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.

The Department of Justice reserves the rights to reject any or all proposals/quotations, should there be any defect therein, shall accept the offer most advantageous to the government and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
