I. Due to declaration of holiday on October 31, 2011, the issuance of bid documents is until November 04, 2011 and Pre-bidding Conference is rescheduled on October 26, 2011, 2:00 pm at Room 313, 3rd Floor DOJ Main Building, DOJ Compound, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.

II. Dropping of the bids is rescheduled on November 07, 2011.
