The Department of Justice (DOJ), through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is inviting interested parties to bid the following projects:

1. Purchase of Internet Connection for Luzon   

• Approved Budget for the Contract – P 3,050,880.00

2. Purchase of 19 units Tablet with accessories

• Approved Budget for the Contract – P 636,601.27

3. Purchase of 100 units Desktop Computers

• Approved Budget for the Contract – P 3,921,666.67

4. Purchase of 50 units Document Scanner

• Approved Budget for the Contract – P 2,366,666.50

5. Purchase and Installation of CCTV Cameras at DOJ premises

• Approved Budget for the Contract – P 1,769,155.22

The prospective bidder must have an experience of having completed, within a period of ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the NSO consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 dated 22 July 2009.

Bid Documents and additional information may be obtained from the BAC Secretariat, Office of Director II, Administrative Service, 3rd Floor, DOJ Annex Building II , DOJ Compound, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.

All bids to be submitted shall be addressed to the Chairman, Bids and Awards Committee, Room 313, 3rd Floor DOJ Main Building, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila. All prospective bidders shall be charged a non-refundable bid fee in the amount of P6,000.00 for item nos. 1, 3, 4 & 5, and P1,500.00 for item no. 2.

The Department of Justice reserves the rights to reject any or all bids, when any defects therein and accepts the offer most advantageous to the government and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
