Warm Greetings of Peace and Goodwill to all!

Welcome to the official Website of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and thank you for visiting us.

Under the mandate given to us by our President, Rodrigo “Digong” R. Duterte when I assumed office on June 30, 2016, your DOJ and all of its attached agencies will be in the forefront in the fight against criminality in all of its forms including the eradication of the menace brought about by drug related activities.

Likewise, we are tasked to make a concerted assault on the ramparts of entrenched corruption and to see to it that its perpetrators are punished to the full extent of our laws.

As your Secretary, I will do my utmost to fulfill these marching orders and put an end to these evils that beleaguer Philippine society. Just as our President has vowed to wage war against this multi-headed menace, I too, together with the honorable men and women of the DOJ, shall wage war against them. continue reading
